My Approach
I believe it’s vital for people to come together & connect over life’s challenges, heartbreaks, aspirations, & dreams. In our highly individualized society, where disconnection & alienation are increasingly common, fostering genuine connection is more important than ever. My counselling practice is rooted in compassion & understanding, employing non-judgmental discernment & skill to help you cultivate a more aware & authentic relationship with yourself & your life.
Through a collaborative process of sharing, reflecting, receiving, & remembering, I will support you to connect with your innate healing nature. Ultimately, my goal is to align my work with a broader vision of a healthy, heart-centered humanity.
I have experience supporting individuals through addiction recovery, anxiety, trauma & psychedelic-assisted therapy. My approach is influenced by relationship building, parts work, mindfulness, acceptance & commitment therapy, & body-based practices, all enriched by the wisdom gained from my own healing journey.
If you're ready to embark on a journey of healing & self-discovery, I invite you to reach out & explore how we can work together to support your growth & transformation.

My story
I grew up on the traditional territories of the Cree, Dene, Dakota, & Métis Nations in Winnipeg, Manitoba, within a marginalized family dynamic. My ancestry is rooted in French (Catholic) & German (Mennonite) traditions. My intentional healing journey began a decade ago when I moved to Vancouver Island. After years of travel & grappling with addictive behaviours, I came to the realization that I had been avoiding deep, painful traumas from my past. It became clear that the only way out was through.
Acknowledging & holding my pain, as well as the pain of the world, has been a powerful catalyst for my growth & my ability to support others on their journeys. Through healing practices involving nature, art, therapy, dance, community, yoga, & psychedelic medicines, I have restored my sense of worth, belonging, security, & wholeness. This journey has drawn me to “alternative” healing modalities that aim to restore inner harmony across the biological, psychological, social, & spiritual layers of self. I am particularly passionate about the unique relationship between psychedelic medicines & humanity, believing they hold great potential for healing both individuals & the broader world. These healing practices have become lifelong companions in my evolution toward my best self.
At heart, I am a humanitarian & a neurodivergent individual with a creative outlook on life. I often find myself navigating in-between spaces, intuitively bridging oppositions. Instead of adhering to a single belief system, I embrace the idea that merging diverse worldviews—when done respectfully—can foster unity & collaboration toward common goals. My commitment to collective health & passion for justice led me to study & work as a Social Worker in Mental Health & Addictions. After earning my Master's in Social Work, I transitioned into counselling, which resonates deeply with my caring, intuitive, & creative nature. I value the opportunity to work one-on-one with individuals, providing guidance tailored to their unique needs, values, history, & worldview. I believe we are all in this together, walking each other home.
