My approach

I bring together ancient wisdom & modern science to support healing & transformation in a way that feels intuitive, grounded & empowering. I embrace an intuitive approach that prioritizes connection, reciprocity & growth, blending my identity as a witch with my extensive background as a social worker. With over 15 years of experience providing clinical social work services, I am deeply committed to creating a space where clients can explore their experiences & find meaningful change.

Social justice is at the heart of my work—not just as an ideal, but as a shared journey to reimagine & redistribute power more equitably. I meet clients at pivotal moments of change, where the emotional & visceral aspects of their reality can be explored creatively to inspire healing & growth.

I listen deeply to uncover the subtle layers of distress & fulfillment, helping clients discover the resilience & strength that runs alongside their challenges. Together, we can redefine past narratives & create a future that feels authentic, satisfying & aligned with your fullest self-expression.

I believe that change is not only possible but inevitable. With care & presence, I help clients navigate the process at their own pace, empowering them to adapt their lives in ways that reflect their personal values & choices.

My approach draws on a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Response-Based Practice

  • Psychosocial Developmental Theory

  • Harm Reduction

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Attachment Theory

  • Somatic Experiencing

  • Imagination-Focused Therapy

I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, heal, & grow in ways that feel meaningful and transformative.

Individual Counselling: 1 hour (50 minute) session $160

My Story

I was born on the unceded territories of the Siksika, Piikani, Amskaapipikani, and Kainai First Nations, as well as the Chiniki, Bearspaw, Goodstoney & Tsuut’ina First Nations. In 2008, I moved to the unceded territories of the Songhees, Esquimalt, W̱SÁNEĆ, and lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking peoples, where I am grateful to now call home.

My upbringing was shaped by the challenges of domestic violence & long-term sexualized violence during my childhood. To survive, I developed heightened senses to detect subtle signs of danger & learned to adapt—whether by diffusing, escaping, or confronting threats. However, I was also taught to dismiss my instincts & intuition in favor of the logical perspectives of adults who denied the harm I experienced.

Since 2004, I have been deeply immersed in healing & personal development. Through this journey, I have come to know the profound gifts that therapy & non-colonial methods of healing can offer—freedom, intimacy & a sense of belonging. My healing path has included practices such as witchcraft, earth-based medicine, creative movement & art, which have all played a significant role in my growth & transformation.

I am particularly passionate about leadership, both as an internal quality we can cultivate & as a collaborative experience that emerges when we respond to the needs of the moment. I believe that true leadership involves listening deeply & stepping forward when our unique talents are called for.

I am also fascinated by the evolving future of healing, where modern research is beginning to align with ancient traditions. I believe in a relational approach to reality—one that is less absolute & more collaboratively constructed—& I am inspired by the possibilities this perspective brings to the field of therapy & personal growth.
