I am currently pursuing a Master’s of Counselling at Yorkville University. Based on my roots growing up on the West Coast as an avid outdoor enthusiast, my counselling approach is deeply influenced by the healing potential of nature, connection & belonging. My diverse education & experience in counselling, horticulture, & fine arts, enables me to offer a unique blend of creativity & empathy in my practice. With nearly a decade of experience in the field of mental health & counselling, I am passionate about helping individuals uncover their inherent strengths & reframe their personal narratives to foster resiliency, self-discovery, & emotional intelligence.
