I will work with you in a safe and compassionate way to help you better understand your experiences and the many parts of yourself. Together, we will explore obstacles, unburden old wounds, and discover tools to help you reconnect with joy, resilience, and self-compassion as you move toward the life you long for.

Through a collaborative & experiential approach, I aim to help you deconstruct limiting narratives & embrace your inherent strengths. Committed to addressing the impacts of oppression & critically examining their representation in conventional psychology, I will create a space that promotes self-determination & empowers you to rewrite your story on your own terms.
